Q. Do you ship outside the USA?

A. Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world. We do require buyers from Italy
and Argentina to purchase postal insurance.
Q. What are your payment options?

A. We prefer paypal, but we also accept Amazon payments, Western Union,
Money Gram, and money order/cashier's check. Personal checks are ok,
but payment must clear before shipping.
Q. Am I required to use the paypal shopping cart to place an order?

A. No, we offer the paypal shopping cart, but you may also
email us directly
to place an order.
Q. Do you offer discount shipping when purchasing multiple items?

A. Yes, shipping discount cost can be viewed on the paypal shopping cart
drop down menu. Select the standard shipping cost on the first item then
select "additional item" for each item thereafter to the shopping cart.
Q. When is my order shipping?

A. We ship every Monday morning. All orders $25.00 or more shipped
within the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) will include a
tracking number at no extra charge. International buyers that would like to
have their package include a tracking number, please email us for a quote
for usps express mail.
Q. What is your return policy?

A. We guarantee all new and used items. If you have a problem with your
order, please email us and we will arrange an exchange for the same item
or store credit.
